But the questions were:

-What would happen if we emphasised the difference of the impedance between the two bobbins?
-But also why no other pickup manufacturer had this idea before?

Answer of the first question: the sound becomes more ample, richer with an incredible heat and a huge spite with distortion, producing some harmonics that I never heard before!
The answer to the second question was less convincing: that difference between the two bobins gives the humbuckers effect less pronounced. It makes more noises, and the pickup is impossible to use with high-gain. That’s why that idea has already been exploited, tested… and given up…

But we persisted to resolve that last problems to offer to the guitarists the sound they were dreaming of…. And one day, just like the fairy tales, we finally found the solution.Today, I’m really proud to introduce those pickups – our pickups – with all that differents models :
 

• The JAZZLAND set that is not another « PAF replica ». It’s a new sound in the world of clean and hot sounds, and for the overdriven sounds full of harmonics.

• The SAVAGE BEAST: a true monster pickup, full of precision, but that remains "hot" with heavy distortion and able to produce some sweet clean sounds

• THE ROCK set, biting and powerful but still PAF-like, equipped with the fantastic “Boom Leacher” in neck position that you could swear it really comes from the 50’s, but it has the ability to reduce the bass that are too often present on the PAF reproduction.

• The VERSTYLE : based on a famous best-seller industrial pickup designed for any purpose, but with a higher dynamic, without aggressive trebles, and with a crystal clean tone.

• The CHAOSLAND: with that name, you guess its goal! Crazy magnetic-field, outstanding ouptut, created for down-tunings tones, but totally full of precision in any situation with good and rare clean-sounds for that type of pickup. A true bomb!!!

 All those pickups is availiable in 7-strings version in the DE LUXE line.

To allow everyone to to take advantage of our pickups, we managed to create two distinctives panels of pickups :

The SP CUSTOM Deluxe line. fully handcrafted with many secret formulas that give our pickups that great particular sound and that rare capacity to transmit the lutherie’s quality.

The SP Custom Lite line. Best pickups you can have for the price , they are handwound and then assembled in an industrial way. They are designed to be at least as good as the most known US industrial manufacturers pickups , and offer the open-sound that have the scatter-handwound pickups. The SP Custom Lite also have two single-sized humbuckers : The "Khobolt" for a PAF sound, and the "Savage BaBeast" for a wild an powerful sound. Moto is "Handwound for All" because we think any guitar and guitarist deserve a good handwound pickup !

All those pickups takes benefits from the one-of-a-kind SP Custom system, with the myriads of harmonics, a balanced and hot clean sound, and a biting distortion. All of this is sprayed by a dynamic sound due to the well-balanced magnetism, and the typical wealth sound of handcrafted airy pickup.

What makes me proud; it’s that no other pickup can sound like an SP Custom. Those pickups are the ones I’ve always dreamt for, and I’m really proud today to bring there to you. I really hope that you’ll have as much pleasure to make them roar as we took pleasure to create them
